Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation & Booking All bookings must be made online or by phone. Payments are to be made upfront upon booking. Bookings are confirmed only after payment and receipt of confirmation email. Reservations are subject to availability; we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued if full rental time is not used. 2. Rental Duration Standard rental is full-day (13 hours). Rental period will be from 6AM-7PM Extended rentals can be requested for an additional fee, pending trailer availability. Full Day Rentals must be returned within by 7pm to avoid additional fees. Late returns will incur an extra daily charge. 3. Trailer Delivery & Pickup Trailer can be picked up anytime after 6am by customer. Webster Way is not responsible for any vehicle damage incurred during pickup slot. 4. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for properly loading the trailer. Trailers may not be overloaded beyond the truck and trailer limits. Prohibited items include hazardous waste, chemicals, explosives, or liquids. Customers are liable for damage to the trailer beyond normal wear and tear. 5. Dump Fees & Disposal Trailer is expected to be returned empty. If there are leftover materials, a $150 dump fee will be applied. Webster Way is not responsible for landfill restrictions on certain materials. 6. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations 48 hours or more before the rental date receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the rental date will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are considered a forfeited rental and deposit. 7. Liability & Insurance Webster Way carries commercial trailer insurance, but customers are responsible for any accidents or damages caused during the rental period. By booking, customers agree to release Webster Way from liability for injuries or property damage resulting from trailer use. 8. Payment Full payment is due upon delivery/pickup or online at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo 9. Changes to Booking Policy Webster Way reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. All changes will be posted on the website and apply to future rentals.
